2. How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please send an email to info@columbaanatolia.com with your reservation number. The cancellation date is the date your email is received.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
4. Date Changes
Date change requests are subject to availability. If you wish to change your dates, please contact us at least 14 days before your check-in date. Date changes are free of charge if availability allows.
5. Non-Refundable Reservations
Reservations made at special discounted rates may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
6. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government-declared states of emergency, or other force majeure events, reservations may be rescheduled or refunded in full, regardless of the above cancellation terms.
