Accommodation Agreement

1. Parties
Service Provider: Columba Anatolia Travel & Hotel, Okurcalar Mah. 527. Sok. No:4 Alanya / Antalya, Turkey — info@columbaanatolia.com
Guest: The person whose name, surname, and contact details were provided at the time of reservation.
2. Reservation and Payment
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or full payment. Payment options are full payment or a minimum 30% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining balance due on check-in day.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Check-out: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The maximum occupancy indicated for each room/unit must not be exceeded.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must present a valid identity document (passport or national ID) at check-in.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or common areas during their stay.
- Parties and events that disturb other guests are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas.
- Pets are only allowed with prior written approval.
5. Hotel Responsibilities
- To provide the reserved accommodation in clean and well-maintained condition.
- To provide the services advertised on the website.
- To keep guest information confidential.
- To respond promptly to guest complaints.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellation terms and refund amounts.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of their obligations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events beyond their control.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Antalya courts and enforcement offices are the competent authority for dispute resolution.
