Article 1 — Seller

Article 2 — Buyer
The person who completes the reservation form on the website or places an order by phone, whose name and contact details appear on the reservation confirmation.
Article 3 — Subject and Scope
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale and delivery of the accommodation and/or tour services described in Article 4, ordered by the Buyer via the Seller's website (columbaanatolia.com), in accordance with the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 4 — Service Details
The type, duration, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, and total price of the service are specified in the reservation confirmation sent to the Buyer's email address.
Article 5 — Price and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
- Payment is accepted by credit/debit card (via Stripe) or bank transfer.
- The Buyer may pay in full at the time of booking or pay a minimum 30% deposit with the remaining balance due on check-in day.
- Card information is never stored by the Seller; it is processed securely by the payment infrastructure provider.
Article 6 — Service Delivery
The service is delivered at the address specified in the reservation confirmation on the agreed check-in date. Check-in time is 14:00; check-out time is 12:00.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Cancellation Policy.
Article 8 — Rights and Obligations
Buyer obligations: Providing accurate personal information; presenting valid ID at check-in; complying with hotel rules.
Seller obligations: Delivering the service as described; maintaining confidentiality of Buyer information; responding to complaints within 3 business days.
Article 9 — Data Protection
Personal data collected during this transaction is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and our Privacy Policy.
Article 10 — Dispute Resolution
For disputes up to the statutory amount, applications may be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees. For disputes above the statutory amount, Consumer Courts in Antalya are competent. Turkish law applies.
