This Pre-Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Article 5 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts. It is provided to you before you complete your reservation so that you are fully informed about the service.

4. Payment Methods and Plan

Full payment: The full reservation amount is charged at the time of booking.
Deposit payment: A minimum 30% deposit is charged at booking; the remaining balance is due on check-in day.
Payment methods: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe) or bank transfer.

5. Service Delivery

Check-in: 14:00 on the reserved date
Check-out: 12:00 on the departure date
A valid identity document (passport or national ID) must be presented at check-in.
The maximum occupancy of the reserved unit must not be exceeded.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(1)(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services for a specific date or period. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge this exemption.

9. Binding Notice

By completing the reservation and making payment, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. The contract becomes binding upon payment.
