By accessing and using the website columbaanatolia.com ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by Columba Anatolia Travel & Hotel. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides the following services:

• Online booking of accommodation units (rooms, apartments, villas)
• Information about and booking of tours and activities
• Guest information collection and reservation management
• Payment processing

Accounts are managed via the Clerk authentication service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Minimum stay: 1 night
• Check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 12:00
• Maximum occupancy per unit must not be exceeded
• A valid identity document must be presented at check-in
• Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas
• Pets are only accepted with prior written approval

• Full payment: The total amount is charged at the time of booking
• Deposit payment: A minimum 30% deposit at booking; remaining balance due on check-in day
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All prices include VAT and are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY)

All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, design elements) is the property of Columba Anatolia Travel & Hotel and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

The Site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for technical failures, data loss, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim.
